Application by Stanislaus Antony, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, for a broadcasting licence to operate an English-language commercial ethnic FM radio programming undertaking in Toronto.
The proposed station would operate on frequency 88.1 MHz (channel 201A) with an effective radiated power of 225 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of antenna above average terrain of 271.7 metres).
The applicant proposes an emerging genres music format targeting adults between the ages of 18 and 34.
The Commission may withdraw this application from the public hearing if it is not advised by the Department of Industry, at least twenty days prior to the hearing, that the application is technically acceptable.
